Built an end-to-end Power Platform solution enabling teams across different regions to submit and track models, with automated consolidation and Power BI reporting for forecasting.
01. The Problem
Teams were submitting models through disconnected, manual processes — making it impossible to consolidate submissions, track progress or use the data for reliable analysis.
02. The Approach
Designed a Power App that gave each team a consistent, structured interface for model submissions. Power Automate workflows captured each submission and consolidated the data into a central source. Built a Power BI report on top to track all submissions and surface trends needed for forecasting.
03. The Outcome
Replaced fragmented manual processes with a single, governed submission workflow. The Power BI report became the go-to tool for tracking submissions and informing forecasting decisions across teams.
